Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, providing them with menus and professional recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen team.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to brand service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and manage billing inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs, such as refilling water or offering additional services, to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server or Front-of-House staff in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Possess a neat, professional appearance and strong attention to hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based position with flexible shift availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or restaurant billing software is preferred.
