Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm, professional attitude.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and drink offerings, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately record and input food and beverage orders into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest payments and manage basic cash transactions accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or bar environment is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Strong team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
