- Provide attentive table service to guests in luxury hotel dining venues
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate dining areas and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order execution
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and brand standards
- Assist in opening/closing duties and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in 4/5-star hotel or fine dining service
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Basic food safety certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with collaborative mindset
