Located in the thriving hub of Santa Rosa, Laguna, our restaurant is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. We offer a competitive salary range of ₱15,000 to ₱17,000 per month, depending on experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests and escort them to their tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Efficiently take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the POS system.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Perform table maintenance throughout the meal, including clearing plates and refilling drinks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Process guest checks and handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the dining area and service stations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to remain on your feet for long shifts.
- A proactive and hardworking attitude with a commitment to team success.
- Basic knowledge of Thai cuisine or a strong willingness to learn our menu.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
