Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service while greeting, seating, and attending to guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining quality presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
- Resolve guest inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or food service roles
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Positive attitude with exceptional customer service mindset
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
