Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations to ensure a smooth workflow during peak and off-peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and offering menu recommendations.
- Strictly adhere to company SOPs regarding food safety, hygiene, and service etiquette.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, condiment stations, and service counters.
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and manage cash/non-cash payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Resolve minor guest concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Tourism/Hospitality.
- Experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety regulations in a food service setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Fluent in Indonesian; conversational English is a strong advantage.
