Are you an organized professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Luna Beach Club Bali is seeking a proactive Service Admin to join our dynamic team in Tabanan. As a key support pillar for our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of our world-class beach club environment.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between back-office efficiency and front-of-house excellence. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and report generation for the service department.
  • Support operational workflows to ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Monitor and track department supply inventory and assist with procurement requests.
  • Prepare, organize, and archive service-related records and guest feedback reports.
  • Assist the management team in scheduling staff rotations and tracking attendance records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within internal management systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by club operations.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
