As a Service Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service delivery by managing invoicing processes, accounts receivable follow-up, and coordinating work orders. You'll be the backbone of our service operations, liaising between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.

  • Manage and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely payments

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable processes preferred
  • Knowledge of service industry operations is a plus
