In this role, you will be the backbone of our Service Department, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and that our customers receive top-tier service.

As our Service Administrator, you will manage the heartbeat of the workshop—from the initial customer inquiry and scheduling of service requests to the final processing of work orders and billing. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate technical records, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering clear communication between our service technicians and our clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily service department schedules and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
  • Create, track, and close out work orders to ensure timely service completion.
  • Prepare accurate invoices, process billing statements, and coordinate payments with customers.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical service records, including vehicle histories and repair logs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service status, vehicle updates, and pickup schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels for service supplies and assist with parts coordination.
  • Assist management in generating operational reports and tracking service KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or service-related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Bisaya.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
