Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their service needs through effective listening and diagnostic questioning.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and explain technical issues in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Manage the service workflow, ensuring that vehicle status is updated and communicated to customers in real-time.
- Upsell maintenance packages and relevant services to increase revenue while adding genuine value to the customer.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds to document pre-existing conditions and ensure quality control.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an automotive service advisory, customer service, or high-volume sales role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to articulate complex information simply.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and service maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in computer systems and service management software.
- A proactive "customer-first" mindset with a professional, presentable demeanor.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
