We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. As a key customer-facing role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical services, ensuring exceptional after-sales experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive service excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. You will manage service appointments, provide accurate cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and maintain transparent communication throughout the service process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer service interactions, including greeting clients and understanding service requirements
- Prepare detailed service orders and cost estimates for automotive repairs/maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history documentation
- Upsell additional services, parts, and maintenance packages when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Strong understanding of After Sales Excellence principles
- Minimum SMK Teknik Otomotif (vocational) or D3/S1 degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic systems and service procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
