Ang Trading & Motor Credit is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join our growing team in Masai, Johor. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and our technical service team, ensuring that every vehicle maintenance and repair experience is seamless, transparent, and high-quality.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of customer relationship management. You will be responsible for scheduling services, explaining technical repairs to clients in an easy-to-understand manner, and managing the workflow of the service bay. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their service needs and expectations.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workshop booking workflow efficiently.
  • Explain complex mechanical issues and recommended repairs to customers clearly and accurately.
  • Provide detailed cost estimates and ensure customer approval before commencing work.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to note existing damages and document service requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or customer-facing position within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with service management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
