We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Rembia, Melaka. As the primary point of contact between customers and our technical team, you will ensure a seamless service experience from initial consultation to final delivery. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing clear explanations of service processes, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the repair or maintenance cycle. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve concerns, and guarantee customer satisfaction with every interaction. You will collaborate closely with technicians to coordinate service schedules, manage work orders efficiently, and ensure all repairs meet quality standards. By delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate documentation, you will contribute significantly to our workshop's reputation and customer loyalty.

- Greet customers and assess their service requirements with empathy and professionalism
- Explain service processes, costs, and timelines in clear, understandable language
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate diagnostics
- Maintain detailed customer records and service documentation
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or automotive service environment
- Fluency in Malay and English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to workshop operations)
