Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening to their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding status updates, additional repair recommendations, and vehicle readiness.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent communication and resolving any service-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Upsell maintenance services and packages based on vehicle inspection results.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
