Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening to their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding status updates, additional repair recommendations, and vehicle readiness.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent communication and resolving any service-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Upsell maintenance services and packages based on vehicle inspection results.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and basic maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
- Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
