As the first point of contact between our clients and our technical team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating efficient service delivery.

In this position, you'll manage the entire service process from initial customer contact through to final delivery. You'll handle customer inquiries, provide accurate estimates, schedule appointments, and keep clients informed about their vehicle's progress. Your organizational skills will be essential for maintaining accurate work order documentation and ensuring quality control of all mechanic work.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services
  • Manage and update work orders for all workshop activities
  • Conduct quality control inspections on completed mechanic work
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines to customers
  • Coordinate between customers and technical staff to ensure service requirements are met
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer communications
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling when appropriate

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service role, preferably in automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using service management software and customer relationship systems
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
