Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and actively listen to vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Analyze vehicle problems and communicate technical diagnoses clearly to customers.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and approve work orders based on customer authorization.
- Coordinate closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage the service department schedule and handle appointment bookings efficiently.
- Provide detailed explanations of services performed and offer advice on vehicle maintenance.
- Process payments and handle all necessary administrative paperwork accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and general diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems or dealership management software.
