Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking body repair and customization services.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document damage and propose accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding repair progress, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure repair workflows align with customer expectations and company standards.
- Upsell value-added services, including modifications and premium detailing, based on customer vehicle needs.
- Manage service documentation, including repair orders, insurance claims processing, and invoicing.
- Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience, explaining completed repairs and maintenance tips to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in automotive body repair or luxury car servicing.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive bodywork, painting processes, and modification trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and resolve service-related complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using automotive management software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
