Are you passionate about automotive aesthetics and precision engineering? PT X-Motors Internasional Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Advisor for Body Repair to join our team in Kelapa Gading. In this role, you will be the bridge between our expert technicians and our valued customers, ensuring that every vehicle modification and repair project meets our high standards of quality and service excellence.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience, from the initial consultation and assessment of body damage to coordinating timelines with the workshop team. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to manage customer expectations while maintaining the technical integrity of our modification projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting body repair and modification services.
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds to identify damage and document necessary repairs accurately.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, work orders, and timelines for customers.
- Coordinate closely with workshop supervisors and technicians to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide regular status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repair progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Perform quality control checks on completed vehicles before delivery to ensure they meet X-Motors standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in automotive body repair or workshop settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive paint, bodywork, and aftermarket modifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Proficient in using automotive workshop management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
