- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in Indonesian
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Process customer requests including order placements, returns, and modifications
- Document all interactions in CRM systems for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including resolution rates and satisfaction scores
- Continuously update knowledge on new products and service policies
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Indonesian (written and spoken) with professional communication skills
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in CRM software
