In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and managing the motor claims process with precision and empathy. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and customer satisfaction, ensuring every client receives high-quality service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring clear communication regarding vehicle repair statuses.
- Coordinate and process motor insurance claims, liaising with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals and documentation.
- Prepare accurate and detailed service quotations and job estimates for clients.
- Advise customers on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance based on technical assessment.
- Monitor workshop workflow to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to clients.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage administrative documentation related to service jobs and insurance claims.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an automotive service advisory, motor claims, or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and the motor insurance claims process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and service management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business operations.
