As a Service Ambassador, you will work on the front lines to provide operational support, assist with service recovery, and contribute to service improvement initiatives that impact thousands of daily commuters in the East Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide frontline support to commuters at transport nodes, addressing inquiries and offering navigation assistance.
- Monitor station/interchange environments to ensure safety standards and crowd control measures are maintained.
- Assist in operational tasks during peak hours to ensure smooth bus service flow and efficiency.
- Actively gather commuter feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the deployment of service recovery plans during transit disruptions.
- Maintain accurate logs of commuter interactions and operational incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle diverse groups of people.
- Customer-centric mindset with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the transport industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be comfortable standing and navigating transport terminals for extended periods.
