Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive hands-on and remote technical support for company applications and services
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently and accurately
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems at client sites
- Deliver product training and operational guidance to end-users
- Document service activities and maintain detailed technical records
- Collaborate with R&D teams to report bugs and suggest product improvements
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or application engineering
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical/electrical systems
- Excellent communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and customer relationship management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities
- Valid driver's license for on-site service visits
