Tanggung Jawab
- Execute on-site commissioning, testing, and start-up activities for power generation and distribution systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues during site operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-voltage equipment and control systems.
- Manage technical documentation, including commissioning reports, site diaries, and safety records.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Conduct technical training for clients to ensure safe and efficient operation of installed systems.
- Strictly adhere to and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all work sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and power plant instrumentation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Readiness to travel frequently across the Central Region and support regional projects.
- A valid driving license and relevant safety certifications (e.g., OGSP, CIDB).
