In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of various industrial machinery. Your daily tasks will involve conducting routine inspections, diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults, and executing timely repairs to minimize operational downtime. Beyond technical repairs, you will act as a primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical advice, on-site training, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults on-site to minimize operational downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering technical support and on-site training to clients.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new industrial systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and detailed technical reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or service engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC systems, and industrial controls.
- Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3 or 4 preferred for site travel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or emergency call-outs.
