Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain digital cinema projection systems and servers across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues through remote support and on-site interventions
- Train cinema technicians on GDC's product ecosystem and best practices
- Document technical procedures and create service improvement reports
- Coordinate with production teams for system upgrades and firmware rollouts
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Liaise with R&D to escalate critical issues and contribute to product enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AV systems integration or cinema technology support
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Certification in digital cinema technologies (DCI, SMPTE) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Valid Singapore driving license and willingness for regional travel
- Fluent in English with strong written/verbal communication skills
