Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of AFM and Optical Metrology systems.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Conduct comprehensive customer training sessions on system operation, advanced applications, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to provide application support and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
- Document all service activities, technical issues, and resolutions accurately and promptly in our CRM system.
- Advise customers on system optimization, upgrades, and best practices to maximize instrument performance and longevity.
- Travel extensively within Singapore and across Southeast Asia to support customer needs and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service or application support role, preferably with scientific instrumentation.
- Demonstrated experience with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) or other optical/electron microscopy techniques is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Singapore and Southeast Asia (up to 50% of the time).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
