- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and specials
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained according to company standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning stations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
