As a key member of our Operations Support Systems (OSS) team, you'll be at the forefront of network monitoring, fault management, and service optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage SDN-based network infrastructure using OSS tools
- Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve network performance issues
- Develop and maintain automated monitoring scripts for network health checks
- Collaborate with network operations teams for fault management and service restoration
- Analyze network performance data to optimize service quality and reliability
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for OSS systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in OSS/BSS systems for telecom environments
- Strong knowledge of SDN/NFV technologies and network protocols
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible) for network management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Certifications in network management (e.g., Cisco CCNP, ITIL) preferred
