Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests in accordance with company standards.
- Actively engage with the sales team to suggest and promote upsell opportunities to guests.
- Collect and synthesize guest feedback to present actionable insights to the management team.
- Maintain a pristine and organized environment to ensure a comfortable dining or service experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Participate in regular team meetings to contribute to new sales strategies and operational improvements.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment as required.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Service Attendant, Waiter, or similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to sales goals and support team objectives.
- Basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
