- Provide exceptional customer service to guests attending events at MICE Origin and Bloom
- Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure venues are prepared according to specifications
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols established by the resort
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event operations is a plus
