In this vital role, you will be the face of our exclusive lounge, responsible for providing impeccable service and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, serving refreshments, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. - Greet and welcome Club members and guests with a warm, professional smile and a personalized approach.
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring guest preferences are noted.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs by proactively offering assistance, refilling glasses, and ensuring comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service operations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end lounge.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
