- Lead and supervise floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to maximize flow and comfort.
- Oversee table service, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and poise.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication during peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and visual presentation within the dining area.
- Train and mentor new team members on company service standards and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety and service standards.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
