  • Lead and supervise floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and poise.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication during peak hours.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and visual presentation within the dining area.
  • Train and mentor new team members on company service standards and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
