In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and repair services for Nintendo products. As a Service Center Staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment is returned to customers in pristine condition.   • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Nintendo consoles and accessories.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately to determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage and process warranty claims and service requests efficiently.
  • Communicate repair status and technical details clearly to customers via phone or email.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service center workspace.
  • Document all repairs, transactions, and customer interactions accurately in the system.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in electronics or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role or service center environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Nintendo products (Switch, Wii U, 3DS, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service tickets simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting principles.
