Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of solar panel systems and related electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, inverter malfunctions, and wiring issues.
- Execute on-site repairs and component replacements following safety protocols.
- Monitor energy output and performance data to optimize system efficiency.
- Document service activities, maintenance reports, and inventory of spare parts used.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure all service operations comply with Indonesian electrical safety standards and company quality policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in industrial electrical maintenance or solar energy systems.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits, power electronics, and solar PV technology.
- Ability to read and interpret technical electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.
- Willingness to travel for field service duties and work at heights if required.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
