Join Evergrand Electronic Scientific Technology Sdn Bhd as a Service & Commissioning Engineer specializing in high-purity gas and chemical delivery systems for the semiconductor industry. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and precise operation of advanced gas delivery infrastructure that powers semiconductor manufacturing. You will be at the forefront of commissioning cutting-edge systems, diagnosing complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional service to maintain operational excellence in a high-stakes environment. Ideal candidates will combine deep technical expertise with a commitment to safety and precision, supporting the production of next-generation semiconductor components.
Tanggung Jawab
- Commission and calibrate high-purity gas and chemical delivery systems to meet semiconductor industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system failures in gas distribution networks
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety audits, and system reliability improvements
- Provide technical documentation including commissioning reports, SOPs, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and safety protocols
- Deliver client training on system operation and emergency procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, SEMI, and local safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in gas/chemical system commissioning or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor-grade gas delivery systems (SiH4, NH3, N2O, etc.)
- Proficiency in reading P&IDs, schematics, and control system logic
- Certification in industrial safety (OSHA 30, HAZMAT preferred)
- Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeters, gas detectors, pressure analyzers)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field service travel
