In this dynamic position, you will be the central point of contact for managing road performance and maintaining high service standards across the East Region.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging the CFMS system to monitor operational metrics, identify potential issues before they escalate, and implement effective solutions. You will communicate directly with Bus Captains, providing clear instructions and support to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver excellent service to the public. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the CFMS system to track and analyze bus performance metrics effectively.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve road performance issues promptly to minimize service disruptions and delays.
- Communicate effectively with Bus Captains to provide operational updates, instructions, and support.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and logs regarding incidents, delays, and service quality.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resources are allocated efficiently during peak hours or disruptions.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with Go-Ahead Singapore's safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor fleet availability and assist in optimizing scheduling to meet passenger demand.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the transport, manufacturing, or logistics sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with computerized operational systems (CFMS experience is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing operational requirements.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or Permanent Residence status is required.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
