Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate service requests and schedule maintenance or supply deliveries efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs of service activities, inventory movements, and client interactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Prepare service reports and documentation for management review.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction after service delivery.
  • Monitor supply chains and coordinate with logistics for on-time arrivals.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Service Coordination, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM or inventory management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Completed at least 2 years of college or possess a Vocational Diploma in a relevant field.
