Your primary responsibilities include greeting and welcoming visitors, accurately taking orders, and serving food and beverages with care and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system
- Serve orders promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including tables, seating, and service stations
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and equipment before and after service
- Follow all safety, health, and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with composure and problem‑solving skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in hospitality is a plus)
- Prior customer service or food & beverage experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
- Basic cash handling and POS operation knowledge
