Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen workstations.
- Prepare menu items accurately according to quality standards and food safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
- Process payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and assist in restocking supplies.
- Adhere strictly to store policies, health regulations, and grooming standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or completed vocational training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting is an advantage but not required.
