Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon their arrival.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Serve orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Process payments and issue receipts efficiently.
  • Assist in stock management and replenishing supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ipoh, Perak.
