- Warmly greet, seat, and escort guests to their tables
- Present menu options with detailed knowledge of offerings
- Accurately process orders and deliver food/beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- Previous food service or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
