Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming customers and providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Accurately taking and processing customer orders at the point of sale.
- Assisting in the preparation and assembly of Tanghulu products (fruit skewering, coating, and dipping).
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with food safety standards.
- Restocking ingredients and ensuring the display area is always appealing.
- Handling cash transactions and operating the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; training is provided for the right candidate.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Passion for food service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
