Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, efficient table or bar service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and service areas throughout the shift.
- Ensure all service tools and equipment are organized and ready for operation.
- Monitor the service floor to anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure environment for all.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak hours.
- Provide menu recommendations and handle guest inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
