- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Present menus to guests, provide detailed information on ingredients and preparation methods, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and speed of service are optimized.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
- Basic proficiency in English (local language) is required.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and adapt to changing schedules.
