Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pretzels, dips, and beverages according to Auntie Anne's standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process cash and card payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining area, counter, and kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing the Shift Leader of shortages.
- Upsell products and participate in store promotions to drive sales.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
- Preferably with or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- With a pleasant personality and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
- Amenable to rendering overtime work as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
