Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards and timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations at all times.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (Senior High School or College level is a plus).
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and can stand for long periods.
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
