Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders via the POS system.
- Prepare and serve desserts and drinks according to standard recipes and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with basic food preparation and plating tasks to ensure quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM (Secondary School Certificate) qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods while performing duties.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
