Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant arrival experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Monitor and replenish dining areas, ensuring tables are clean and ready for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
