Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
- Accurately take and process customer orders using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions and operate payment processing equipment
- Efficiently dispatch orders to ensure timely customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and facilities
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
