Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to McDonald's quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, and service counter.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing deals to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Able to commit to the role until 19 July 2026.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude and a strong team player.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
